The Attackers compete in crazy physical challenges while trying to avoid "The Defenders". The attacker(s) who wins the episode will announce which defender they would like to punish by saying; "My/Our first act as king/queen/ruler of Splatalot is to have one of you thrown into the moat/swamp.
