Assistant Manager Field Technical

Minimum Education: #DAE/ #BS / #BE

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Facilitate dealers to implement Toyota standards in Service Operations, Technical, Training, and Warranty.

• Support Central region dealerships in repair support activities related to critical customer complaints.

• Perform TDSP Audit for Central region dealers.

• Monitoring and Support in SSC Campaigns for Central Region.

• Support and execute FIR Activities for Central Region.

• Perform Go & See on a timely basis for early detection of concern & give immediate feedback to the Product.

• Dealer technical staff skills enhancement through OJT and Training.

• Cross-functional support in events such as Career day/Skill contest, Certification exam, dealer conference.
