Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide direction and help venders and purchasers in advertising and buying property at the right cost under the best terms
• Determine customers' requirements and financials capacities to propose arrangements that suit them
• Intermediate arrangement measures, counsel customers on economic situations, costs, contracts, legitimate prerequisites and related issue, guaranteeing a reasonable and fair managing
• Perform relative market investigation to gauge properties' worth
• Display and market land property to potential purchasers
• Make approaches the given leads, counsel them, persuade them with the current market growth strategies.
• Promote deals through commercials, open houses, web-based media and posting administrations
• Remain knowledgeable about housing markets and best practices
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Realtor or Land Sales rep
• Proven track of effective deals record
• Ability to work freely joined with astounding relational abilities
• Strong deals, exchange and relational abilities
• Pleasant and reliable
• MS Office commonality, ideally Adobe artist recognizable.
• Social media master
• Educational degree in the connected field are preffered.
Office Timing: 10AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)
Office Area: G11 Markaz, Islamabad.
Compensation Bundle: Appealing compensation dependent on experience and deals focus in addition to great comission, Cell phone, sim, Food (Lunch)
